Los nominados de la primera semana de‘La Casa de los Famosos 4’ fueron elegidos este jueves en una gala que rompe el hielo entre los participantes y los hace entrar de una vez en competencia, ya sin ánimos de tanta amistad.  Aunque los primeros días todo transcurrió con normalidad, la primera nominación movió las cosas e hizo que los grupos se dividieran tal cual por los cuartos en los que habitan los participantes, es decir, las habitaciones agua, tierra y fuego.
