BTS' V confirms to make a Cannes 2023 Debut
The global sensation boy group BTS's member V aka Kim Taehyung is all set to make a debut on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival. On Monday, the global artist took to his Instagram stories and confirmed that he will be walking on the Cannes 2023 red carpet for a luxurious brand.Taehyung posted a picture of a welcome note which read, "Welcome to Cannes! We look forward to seeing you. Warmest, Peter Utz." The second picture featured V sporting a leopard-printed shirt with black pants and sitting with Peter Utz at the French Riviera.
Taehyung's Cannes appearance comes after the reports that BLACKPINK's Jennie is also attending the film festival this year. Earlier this week, BTS V and Jennie were reportedly seen in the streets of Paris holding hands. The videos and the images surfaced on social media which made the ARMYs and BLINKs frenzy.
Meanwhile, HYBE and YG Entertainment released a statement about the two's relationship stating, "It is difficult to check [regarding this matter]."
Meanwhile, on the work front, V is currently working on his first solo album which is said to be released later this year.
