Introduction :

Olivia Utley is a British journalist. She is also the granddaughter of a prestigious Conservative journalist, the late Thomas Edwin ‘Peter’ Utley.

• Olivia Utley was born on October 7, 1993. She was raised jointly by her mother, former BBC employee Catherine Utley, and by her aunt, Virginia ‘Ginda’ Utley.
• Olivia grew up in a terraced house in South London that her mother and aunt owned.
• She refers to her aunt and her mother as her co-parents and has written several articles on the topic of how civil partnerships (which excludes siblings) should be extended to include siblings who own property and raise children together.
• From 2005 to 2010, Olivia attended the Sacred Heart High School in the Hammersmith borough of London.
• From 2010 to 2012, she went to the Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School in Holland Park, London. She sat for her A-levels exams in Classics, Theology, and English Literature, and achieved top marks for each in her examinations.
• In 2012, Utley moved north to attend the University of York in Yorkshire. She graduated in 2015 with a Joint Honours Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and History of Art, for which she also achieved top marks. While there, she specialised in the post-postmodernist movement, as well as on the consequences of social media in politics and culture.
• Olivia continues to reside in London, and she is currently dating Mike Dunnett-Stone, a consultant, who she met while studying in York.
• At the end of 2020, Olivia got engaged. She wrote a detailed article in 2021 about the benefits to society of having couples who bore children.

• A big fan of travelling, Utley has frequently visited Italy.
• She also regularly appears on Sky News as a pundit and has been invited to provide commentary on Talk Radio and Politics Live as well.

• Her uncles are Thomas Dermott Utley, also a journalist (for the Daily Mail), and Charles Utley, a prestigious lawyer.
